The Roses and Rhubarb brick and mortar store at 657 W. Saint Mary’s, C7, Tucson, AZ 85701, is officially open and the journey has been incredible! Our doors first opened to our amazing customers in March, but held our Grand Opening in April. The turn out was amazing, we shared rosé wine and rhubarb treats (pun intended) and everyone shared our love of vintage! We have had fantastic turn outs at all our pop up markets since! Our neighbors are artists, photographers, vintage shops, DIY chalkpaint and milk paint sellers, and more! We are a growing vintage destination in downtown Tucson.
Roses and Rhubarb is located in the Wildcat Storage facility in the warehouse portion, just east of I-10, it doesn’t get any easier than that in Tucson. We often get questions about what the building was before artists and vintage shops were there – well, here’s what we discovered!
“Built between the 1920’s and 1940’s, a portion of this 62,000 square foot property located at 657 W. St Mary’s Road, originally served as auxiliary barracks during WWII, and then for 60 years served as the main plant for Arizona Sash & Door. Converted to Wildcat Storage / Work Shops in 2004…” (source)
Each of our pop up markets are fresh to the eye and have new items each month. We have farmhouse decor, re-purposed furniture, antiques, stunning glassware, MCM decor and furniture, handmade items, custom art work and vintage clothing. Can’t make it to a weekend pop up market? We are usually open Tuesdays and Wednesday, and by appointment. If our big red door is open, so are we! Please come in!
Our next weekend market is June 7 – 10, open 10 am – 4 pm each day.
